Want To Know How Chakra Meditation or Stimulation Can Improve Your Quality of Life?

Basic but Powerful Chakra Stimulation Exercise

As I mentioned earlier on, there are 7 chakra centers in your body. This little exercise will stimulate the third eye chakra. The area between your two eyes is the location of the third chakra.

  1. Sit with your legs crossed on your bed or on the floor. Get comfortable and keep your spine straight, looking straight ahead.

  2. Place your index finger on your left nostril to close it and take in a long deep breath through the open right nostril.

  3. Close your eyes whilst inhaling the air and imagine a purple color and follow this stream of air rushing to the area between your two eyes. The 3rd chakra is supposed to be purple in color, hence my suggestion. You could use a purple flower or any bright purple-colored object to facilitate your color imagination.

  4. Now swap your finger to cover the right nostril and exhale through the left and imagine the air drifting from that chakra center out from your body.

  5. Repeat the same exercise closing the right nostril with your index finger, leaving the left one open and inhale again.

Do a few of those breathing manoeuvres probably about ten maximum and give it a brake.

This simple exercise can de-stress you leaving you feeling relaxed.
