What I like about David Leonhardt’s ‘The Get Happy Workbook’ is that it gives you an opportunity to actually develop a happiness action plan that is unique and personalized.
I always believe that in our self improving journey we should as individuals learn a lot about our personal problems that make us unhappy.
Once you have a good insight into what is making you unhappy which is where self-help books come in, then you have to learn how to fix the problem(s). You move from understanding the problem to finally taking action.
One minor flaw with self improving and self help books is that some of the solutions they offer are somewhat generic.
That is where David Leonhardt has taken a different route in the design of this workbook which essentially gives you that individuality to do your happiness action plan in a manner that meets and suits your personal needs.
David has made the workbook very easy to use as well which always helps. Highly recommended.
