Know The Signs of Stress Before It Is Too Late. Your Health Matters!

The signs of stress or symptoms of stress are there for you to see but you can’t because you don’t know what they are and you are punishing your body and killing it slowly.

Prolonged stress leads to physical and mental health problems. You don’t have to put up with that. You have only one body, so please look after it.

Sometimes you may not see the obvious signs of stress in front of you but colleagues, family members and friends can. If they suggest you are stressed, don’t fob them off, listen to them instead and make the necessary changes.

When looking out for signs of stress, you will need to observe for changes in your behaviour, alteration of mood and emotions, the pattern of your thoughts and changes in your physical self.

Stress signs will generally fall into those categories.

Here are some of the signs and symptoms of stress;

  • Getting easily irritated.
  • Feeling Tense
  • Inability to fall asleep or having poor quality sleep when you do.
  • Unduly worried
  • Just cannot relax for no good reason
  • Feeling Sad most days
  • Having Anxiety and Panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Inability to process information
  • Completing tasks poorly
  • Poor concentration
  • Lack of Libido
  • Eating too much or too little
  • Alcohol abuse
  • Passing urine too often
  • Drug abuse
  • Feeling tired most of the time
  • Back ache
  • Stomach ulcers
  • Dizziness
  • Feeling helpless

This list is by no means exhaustive.

Always listen to your body. It is your best alarm system.
Also listen carefully if other people around you suggest you may be stressed as stated earlier.

Take steps to protect your health. Don’t learn your lesson the hard, regrettable way.

Here is a typical scenario. You are under a lot of pressure from whatever source – home, office and you notice that you are increasingly getting easily frustrated, feel irritable and angry at the slightest provocation ...

... probably shouting expletives at other road users (whilst behind wheels) who in your opinion are bad drivers, get unduly worried at everything and your power of concentration diminishing with each passing day.

To add insult to injury, you have problems falling asleep at night and when you do, the quality of your sleep is poor. Sometimes you need a bit of alcohol to get you to sleep. You wake up not feeling fresh but rather edgy.

You go through that day and every day like that knowing deep in your heart that you were never like that in the past. The change may not be obvious to you sometimes but it probably is to others around you.

My friend I’m sorry, you are stressed and need to do something about it or your health will suffer in the long run.

I suppose the next step, having recognised the symptoms is to know how to deal with the stress to protect your health and feel relaxed. This it must be said is not always easy but I have a tried and tested resource you should avail yourself of, if you want to rid yourself of stress.

Michael Atma is one gentleman whom I have deep respect for when it comes to stress relief. He understands the problem of stress and its management extensively.

He has helped thousands of people overcome stress with a simple step-by-step technique that has proven itself time and time again.

His system delves into the root cause of the problem and delivers the ultimate relaxation solution, hence his high success rate.

I have researched and recommended his program to friends in the past and they were very grateful to me for pointing them in the right direction.

Michael is unrelenting in his search to help more and more people get rid of stress from their lives. Adam Vyner is one guy who has benefited from Michael’s program.

Here is what Adam had to say about the program:

“ I found the daily pressure of my life was adding up. I would feel so stressed all the time and people were telling me to relax more. It was hard on aspects of my life. I would always find it hard to sleep, to concentrate and I always found my mind moving around, thinking about so many different things all at once. The ultimate relaxation program helped me to focus again and to de-stress my mind. Whenever I need to focus on a task to get done, I use the technique Michael taught me and I become really focused, super-fast”

I’m sure a lot of us can relate to Adam’s story. He is by no means unique but he found help.

Michael’s Ultimate Relaxation Program has all the necessary tools that will restore calm, happiness, health and productivity back to your life. Highly recommended.
