What Is Happiness: Let’s Define Happiness With Some Happiness Quotes

What is happiness?
I often get asked this question. The definition of ‘What is happiness’ is somewhat varied.

I will give you the various definitions of happiness that I have uncovered and I have presented them as happiness quotes.

In our quest to discover how to find happiness, let us look at what some philosophers have come up with as their definition of happiness. You could call them happiness quotes if you like.

Merriam Webster Online Dictionary has defined happiness as:

“emotions experienced when in a state of well-being”

As you can tell, the definitions are quite varied. One thing is clear, if you want to be happy, then you have to make a conscious decision to learn how to find happiness and it will be yours.
